Data Subprocessors


SpeakerTravel engages and uses data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each a Subprocessor). On this page, you’ll find information about the identity, locations and role of each Subprocessor.

The list of Subprocessors we engage with may change as our business grows and evolves.

Infrastructure Subprocessors

Microsoft
Location

European Economic Area (EEA)

Purpose

We use the Azure Data Center in West Europe as the primary location to host the SpeakerTravel infrastructure, with North Europe as a secondary.

Mailgun Technologies, Inc. - MailJet
Location

European Economic Area (EEA)

Purpose

When the service needs to send an automated email to an organizer or speaker, for example when inviting a speaker or when sending ticket information.

Other Subprocessors

AllMyles
Location

European Economic Area (EEA)

Purpose

We use AllMyles to search, book and issue tickets for flights. For search, we share the itinerary and dates with them. Other personal data is only shared when creating a booking.

Amadeus
Location

European Economic Area (EEA)

Purpose

When an organizer creates a traveler invitation, we send the itinerary to Amadeus to perform a price check. No personal data is shared with Amadeus.

Stripe
Location

Global

Purpose

We're using Stripe to handle secure payment via credit card and other payment methods. When you make an online payment, you will need to share your personal data with Stripe in order to handle the transaction.

Purpose

Personal data is retrieved once during initial registration when you use social logins. No personal data is shared with these providers.
