When an organizer creates a traveler invitation, we send the itinerary to Amadeus to perform a price check. No personal data is shared with Amadeus.

When the organizer or traveller requests support via e-mail, Twitter or directly from within the app, a support ticket is created in Freshdesk. The data shared in communication varies based on what is needed to resolve a specific question, and on what the organizer or traveller decides to share with our support team.
